La primavera è arrivata inesorabile e si passa da

pesanti cappotti che lasciano in vista solo il viso, a vestitini corti e gambe scoperte

Ma diciamoci la verità, l’inverno appena passato ci ha dato la scusa per trascurarci un po’ e ogni anno in questo periodo si risvegliano in noi i sensi di colpa per esserci lasciate andare, ed ogni volta, dopo la doccia,
ci guardiamo e ci mettiamo le nostre creme
sempre più velocemente, come per non vedere
e non toccare quel corpo che ci piace
ogni giorno sempre meno.

Perché facciamo sempre questo errore,
nonostante siamo consapevoli che ce ne pentiremo amaramente a maggio?

Perché riusciamo a sopportare
l’idea di non piacerci e di lasciare che il nostro corpo
cambi in peggio giorno dopo giorno?

DIAMO SEMPRE:

• Precedenza alla famiglia
• Precedenza al lavoro o agli impegni
• Precedenza alla casa
• Precedenza a tutto e tutti e noi sempre in fondo alla lista
